I. What should an Author submit?

  1. Afile with the article submitted for evaluation.
  2. A  different  file with personal data (name, address, email address and title of the article that is being presented) and the comments to the editor that are deemedconvenient (no more than 300 words).

In order to ensure double-blind peer-review, authors should submit their papers without their personal data (name, email address, academic affiliation, postal address, etc.). This information must be attached to another file.

In particular the following rules must be observed:

1. Any direct or indirect reference to the identity of the author of the paper must be eliminated

2. Articles should not contain notes of thanks.

3. In the file’s properties the author’s name must be deleted.

4. All these references and notes should be reintroduced in the final version once the process of peer review is finished.

Authors may suggest reviewers, indicating the name, affiliation and email. This proposal should be made in the personal data file along with comments to the editor.
